Guest Speaker Bio Maurice (Moe) Pratt, Director of the Research and Statistics Division, Essex County Sheriff's DepartmentMoe holds an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University, an MBA from Suffolk University and an MA in Psychology from Harvard University. He was also a National United Cerebral Palsy Fellow. In addition to having 25 years business experience, he founded his executive coaching practice in 2003. As a speaker, he has worked with retailers, manufacturers, educators, business owners and employees to improve productivity, team spirit, communication levels and customer service. He has lectured on topics such as "Team Building, Problem Solving, Time Management, Setting and Achieving Goals and Organizational Skills." His handbook, Preparing for Life After Incarceration is use with inmates at the Essex County Correctional Facility. Moe brings his energy and focus as a winning endurance athlete to his presentations. He has completed in over 50 endurance events, and is one of a small number of runners to run fifty miles in under seven hours. He lives with his wife Jerri and their cat Lucky. Since getting married, Moe is the second best runner in his house. |
